2. Purpose of Qollecta
Qollecta is currently a private, non-commercial prototype in an early testing phase. The website and app concept present an idea for digital business cards, QR-code sharing, business card scanning, and a personal contact archive. No paid services are currently offered and no revenue is generated from the project.
3. Data processed when visiting the website
When the website is accessed, technically required data is processed so the site can be delivered securely and reliably. This may include IP address, date and time of access, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, pages accessed, and server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. No productive user processing
In the current testing phase, Qollecta does not provide productive registration, customer accounts, payment functionality, or binding storage of digital business cards for external users.
5. Contact
If you contact us by email or through a contact form, the information you provide is processed to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Personal contact archive
The described contact archive is currently part of the product idea and design or concept presentation. A productive service for external users is not currently provided.

The website may use technically necessary local storage technologies. Non-essential tracking or marketing cookies are not knowingly used at this time.
8. Hosting and technical service providers
This website is hosted by Vercel. When the website is accessed, technical access data may be processed by the hosting provider.

Personal data is shared only where necessary for the technical operation of the website, handling requests, or complying with legal obligations.

When technical service providers are used, processing outside the European Union or European Economic Area cannot be excluded.
